- Face to Face is the best place.
We’ll meet to discuss your search in greater detail, learn more about you as a person and establish the types of organisation YOU want to work for. Here is where we set out a plan of exactly what we will do to proactively seek your next career opportunity.
- Planned and regular contact.
We keep in touch! We’ll keep talking throughout the search at times and via methods that suit you. Our office is always open and we are happy to chat during “unsociable hours” if required. You’ll be kept fully abreast of your applications, interview schedules and offer management updates.
- Interview Success Preparation.
Interviews can be enjoyable! Even the most experienced us can find interviews daunting, Park HR will provide tailored coaching and support to make sure you can be yourself and enjoy your interviews.
- Offers and Aftercare.
Not only will we fully support and manage your offers but we’ll stay in touch with you in your new role for a minimum of 13 weeks. With yours, and the employers consent of course, this is to ensure you settle in well and get off to the best possible start.
